Mobile networks cover 15% of the planet. The other 85% is where the cargo comes from.

Ore, crude and freight all start somewhere no operator will build a tower. Those sites already pay for connectivity — leased terminals, hired radios, a supervisor driving four hours to check on a crew. We replace that with an eSIM on the phones the crew already carries, over satellite capacity already in orbit.

The problem

Crews leave coverage and nobody hears from them until they come back.

People go dark, assets stop reporting, and none of it is on record — while the employer still carries the duty of care. Today's answer is a satellite handset per crew: expensive, rarely carried, no data, no evidence.

The satellite became just another cell tower.

The standard changed

3GPP Release 17 put satellite access into mainstream phone chipsets. No dish, no second handset.

Capacity is for sale

LEO operators now sell direct-to-device capacity wholesale. What is missing is the operator layer.

Sovereignty is a gate

Identity, location and traffic must stay in-country. We deploy the core there by design.

Elentári is the operator layer in between: an eSIM, a core network hosted in-country, licensed carrier spectrum and wholesale satellite capacity. Not a constellation, not a rival carrier.

Where we fit

Everyone is building capacity. Nobody is being the operator.

Constellations sell capacity. Device vendors sell hardware. Neither does the licensing, residency and enterprise delivery work an industrial buyer needs — and that work is won market by market.

We start in MENA and Türkiye: large uncovered landmass, dense heavy industry, strict data-sovereignty rules. The architecture is jurisdiction-agnostic, so expansion is deployment rather than a rebuild.

Sold through the consumer channel of a national carrier. No enterprise safety tooling, no in-country core for data residency, and no per-site operational service around it.

AST SpaceMobile

A capacity supplier, not an enterprise service. Someone still has to be the operator layer, the integrator and the accountable party for an industrial customer.

Skylo

Strongest in device and IoT enablement. Weaker on sovereign deployment, workforce safety operations and regionally licensed enterprise delivery.
